(b) Messuages and lands called Pennarth issa in Newtown;
(c) Messuages and lands and appurts. in Newtown in tenure of Evan Griffith, Morrice Gwyn, clerk, Thomas ap William, Thomas Powell, John Owen;
(d) Capital messuage called y vachwen in Aberhavesp, co. Mtg., to uses specified.
