Two engines with 15 inch cylinders, 4 foot strokes, chain connections. Engines have common boiler and are connected to common shaft. Never built [?].Plan, side and front views of the engines on 1 sheet. The captions are in Watt's hand. Sun & planet gear [?] pencilled in at a later date.
Catalogue of Old Engines p. 56.
For John Wilkinson. Tilt hammer engine. There is no evidence to suggest that these engines were ever built.
