Recites cat. no. Blake/V/2. and cat. no. Blake/V/3. on which £200 is owing and that 2. have occasion for the other £100. In consideration of £100 paid by 4. to 2. at the direction of 1. (and is in full of the £200 directed to be paid to 2b. Blake/V/2 and in consideration of £100 paid to 1c. by 4. and 5/- paid to 3. by 6. 3. at the direction of 1. and 2. assign to 6. the premises for the residue of the said term of 99 years in trust for 4. Proviso for redemption of mortgage. Recites a fine levied in Hillary Term last of the premises - this fine to be for the confirmation of the terms of 500 years and 99 years and after their expiration then to 1a. for his life, then to 1b. for her life and then to the use of 1c. heirs and assigns for ever.
