Recitals:- will of Ralph Burton, father of (1), then of Must Hill, Skelsmergh, made 2 May 1860 appointing sons George and Ralph, and friend Hugh Langhorn of Kendal, gents, executors, and bequeathing real estate on trust to them for his wife during lifetime and then to (1)

- Death of Ralph Burton, 19 November 1862

- Public auction after death of wife, by (1) of real estate

Premises: no. 37 Far Cross Bank, and 2 cottages adjoining, now in occupation of William Holden and Fisher Spencer, with back yard and privy garden
