Parties 1) Charles Henry Mitchell of Chipping Norton, draper and outfitter 2) Henry Howard Jones of 36 Reservoir Road, Edgbaston, Warks, draper and outfitter. Property: messuage, shop, house and premises at 3 New St., Chipping Norton, now occupied by 1., to hold from 29 September 1905 for 21 years paying annual rent of £30 payable quarterly. 2. covenants to pay rent, rates, taxes etc., keep premises in good repair, and in particular will paint the interior once in every 7 years, not to sublet without 1.'s written consent, not to make structural alterations; not to use premises for any business except that of draper, milliner, dressmaker, clothier or undertaker without 1.'s written consent, to insure premises for at least £500. 1 covenants to allow 2. peaceable possession if he pays rent and keeps covenants, to keep roofs in repair, to suspend rent if premises become uninhabitable. Lease may be determined at the end of 7 or 14 years.
