Thomas and John Hoskin, both of St Allen, yeomen; confessed to a misdemeanour: fined 6d. each.

John Bryant to obey a bastardy order: sureties, John Bryant, yeoman, Peter Bryant, yeoman, George Bryant, yeoman.

Mary Best of St Stephen in Brannel; tried as a rogue and vagabond: transported to plantations of America for 7 years.

Thomas Smith, in bridewell as a rogue and vagabond: discharged.

Presentments against Week St Mary, St Wenn, St Kew and St John, for not repairing highways: held over.
