CERTIFICATE by the Perpetual Commissioners for Bedfordshire (under Act of 4. Wm. IV for the abolition of Fines and Recoveries, etc.) to the effect that Anne, wife of John Wm. Coventry Campion, and Elizabeth, wife of Samuel Bailey, who produced an Indenture of even date made between (1) Charles Heaton and Charles Norbury, (2) the said J. W. C. Campion and Anne his wife, William Benn and Maria his wife, the said Samuel Bailey and Elizabeth his wife, John Lawton and Robert Lawton, and (3) Randle Wilbraham, and acknowledged the same. (Ashbank estate in Cheshire). [Pinned to No.DBW/K/A2/38 below]. Parchment.
