To hold by service of one-twentieth part of a knight's fee. Portrait of the king in colour in initial letter which is heavily gilded as are all the capital letters in the top line of the document. The Royal Arms, the badges of the Order of the Garter and of the Prince of Wales, and the arms of the Grovers' Company are among the heraldic insignia in the decoration at the head; this decoration includes flowers and fruit all in colour.
