Description

(1) George de Ligne Gregory of Harlaxton, esq.

(2) John Sherwin of the Middle Temple, esq.

Quotes fine levied in Hilary Term 8 Geo. III [1768] in which (2) was plaintiff and (1) deforciant, of the moiety of 12 messuages, 20 cottages, 12 dovehouses, 1 water corn mill, 20 gardens, 10 orchards, 600 ac. land, 200 ac. meadow, 400 ac. pasture and 700 ac. furze and heath in Denton, Harlaxton and Wyville cum Hungerton.

Agreed that the fine shall be to the use of (1), his heirs and assigns for ever.

Endorsed: "Deed to lead the uses of Mr. Gregorys fyne of estates in Lincolnshire late Simon Degge esqr. deceased."
