Walter Vercoe, Superintendent Minister of Runcorn Circuit.
Land (1,474 sq.yds.) in High Street, Runcorn, as shown on plan, with the chapel being erected thereon.
Prem. conveyed by (1) to (2) to the use of (3) as trustees.
Consideration: 5s. paid by (2) and (3) to (1).
Recites that (1) have agreed to give the land, valued at c.£1,000, for the erection of a chapel, for which they have also given £6,000.
