Resolutions and statements by magistrates regarding increased efforts in apprehending offenders following 'the several daring burglaries, robberies and other felonies that have lately been either attempted or committed in this county'; with plans for publishing of notices against gaming, tippling etc in alehouses 'to obviate every plea of ignorance and inattention', inspection of houses of correction to ensure they are 'Houses not only of Correction, but amendment', and the offering of rewards above those offered by statute; and with list of names of those willing to subscribe to fund the scheme; also 'monitions to alehouse keepers', and instructions to overseers and petty constables.
