Indenture of lease for a year by Henry Sackeville of Lemill als. Lemhill in the parish of Broughton als. Broughton Pongs, co. Oxon., gentleman to John Trinder of Westwell, same county, gentleman and Edward Loggan of Westcott in the parish of Tysoe, co. Warwick, gentleman, in consideration of 5s., of the capital messuage and farm in Stratton, co. Gloucs., theretofore in the occupation of John Arden, clerke, deceased father of Elizabeth, afterwards in the occupation of Thomas Stephens and then or late of John Dannam doctor in divinity, at a peppercorn rent if it should be lawfully demanded, to the only end and intent that John Trinder and Edward Loggan might be in actual possession of the premises and thereby enabled to accept a good and sufficient release thereof from Henry Sackeville by one other indenture intended to be dated the next day.
