Informs him that Mr. Stanniforth has set the navigation on foot again and in order that they are not excluded from their own navigation, the Corporation is sending a petition based on the agreement made with J.M. and the rest of the gentlemen in the previous year. States that although the Mayor has been directed to write to J.M. about the matter, he felt obliged to give him an account because of his great regard for him.
