Court Order directed to Edward Elisha, John Langley, John Olivers, John Ashby jnr., Edward Cotton, William Whiston, Joseph Nixon and Isaac Taylor, gents.
Thomas Baldwin, gent, complainant against Jane More, defendant Jane More being saved with a writ to appear to answer the bill, refused to do so, so process of contempt was issued against her. She has absconded and hidden from the Serjeamt-at-arms. They, or 3 of them are given power to enter all the houses and lands of Jane More and sequester all rents and profits of her real estate and her goods and chattels and keep the same until she appears to answer the bill.
