Thanks Davy for his attentions during stay in England. Is sending message by the hand of Orsted. who is to visit Paris and England. It would be a great advantage to science if Davy and Orsted were in direct contact. Asks Davy to allow Orsted to do experiments with the Voltaic apparatus. Asks to be remembered to Dr Wollaston. Refers to the death of Dr Marcet. Monticelli has sent him a case of minerals; comments on this. Is sending Davy a box of mineral samples; comments on these.
