Description

Abstract of title to a tenement and lands in the parish of Lapworth commencing with the will, dated 19 April 1729 of William Baker of Lapworth, brickmaker, and ending with an indenture, dated 20 June 1795 between William Wise of the first part, Jacob Wise of the second part, Joseph Payton and William Izod of the third part, Jonathan Heynes of Light Hall in the parish of Tanworth, gent., of the fourth part and Richard Hyde Guardner of Redditch, co. Worcs., gent. of the fifth part.

Recites two deeds relating to leasehold tenements in Bordesley, dated 4 October 1788 and 26 October 1790.

As to all the estate commencing with an indenture, dated 30 January 1807 between Jonathan Heynes of Warnings Green in Tanworth, gent., of the first part, Joseph Payton of Lapworth, builder, of the second part, Edward Arnold of Allesley, charcoalman, of the third part, Richard Hyde Guardner of the fourth part and Thomas Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon of the fifth part and ending with a bond of same date.
