(1) pp. 1-295, Secret Minute by the Earl of Moira 1st Dec. 1815, regarding the conclusions which he had formed in his recent tour of the Upper Provinces, regarding the actual political state of India and the disposition and resources of the Indian Princes--Conclusions which he had hoped to lay before and discuss with the Council so as to form a united opinion on the proper policy for the British to pursue towards them. Enclosed in Bengal Secret Letter of 13th Jan. 1816. Protests against the Council's Despatch of 25th Aug. 1815, when his return to Calcutta was expected, as anticipating the desired discussion. (3) pp. 325-31, Appendix B, Abstract of Government Secret Proceedings 20th Sept. to 7th Oct. 1815, respecting the commotions at Hyderabad, caused by the violence and tyranny of the Nizam's two younger sons, Sunsaum-ood-Dowlah and Mobaiz-ood-Dowlah, and their cousin, Imtiaz-ood-Dowlah.
