Indenture, quitclaim and release of trust.
(1) Sam. Hinde of Lilburne Nhant, gent. (son of late Sam. Hinde, gent., and grandson of Rich. Hinde).
Rich. Hinde of Oxford, mercer (son of late Rich. Hinde of Brownsover Warks., gent., also grandson of Rich. Hinde.)
(2) Thos. Webb of Sherborn Warks., gent. exor. of Wm. Ward of Woolston Warks., gent. Ann Farndon of Woolston, widow and executrix of John Farndon, gent. (Wm. Ward and John Farndon were exors. of Rich. Hinde).
Reciting will of Rich. Hinde dated 27 April 1705 etc., now (1) quitclaims to (2) all actions and demands re. executorship of will of Rich. Hinde and trust set up concerning his real & personal estate, all scheduled documents, estates belonging to Rich. Hinde or which passed into the hands of (2) via the will of Rich. Hinde; (1) covenants to indemnify (2) from suits and costs arising out of being party to deed, executorship or trust of Rich.
