This sub-fonds groups together the minutes of the Development Corporation's meetings of the Board, committees, and working groups, of which there are 13 separate series: Advisory Committee, Crawley Development Corporation, Corporation Board Papers, Finance Committee, Staff Committee, Staff Association, Crawley Staff Joint Consultative Committee, Social and Economic Research Committee, Crawley Local Committee, Weir Wood Water Board, Working Party on Street Lighting, and Crawley New Town Licensed Premises Committee. The files within these series includes signed minutes but do also includes various copies of working papers such as plans and reports.
