Description

Bond from David Bull of Stivechall, gent., to Eustace Burneby of Coventr', esq., and Alice Knightley of Perryhall, co. Staffs., spinster, to secure repayment of 300 pounds by Christmas next.

Dated at Coventr' in the presence of John Barker, mayor of the same, and Richard Randell, gent., clerk of the King.

Witnesses: John Barker, mayor, Richard Randell, clerk of the statute

Two tongues; fragment of seal i in red wax only.

Endorsed: i) in Latin, recording entry of the bond in the register of recognizances on 23 October, 1635

Signed: 'per me Thomam Hampson, Ar. Clericum'

ii) Booles Bond to Barnabe and Miss Knitle.
