Africa, west coast: Senegal, Guinea-Bissau, Gambia and Guinea: Cape Roxo and Bancs de Verga

[soundings round Isle Grande according to Becher]. Chart shows hydrography, ship's tracks including track out with His Majesty's Ship Crocodile Commodore Edward Henry Columbine in February 1810, track from Cape Roxo in January 1811, track up towards Goree in December 1810 and track towards Goree April 1810 [Lieutenant Robert Bones served on board His Majesty's Ship Tigress off the coast of Africa in an expedition against Senegal in July 1809 according to Age of Nelson], remarks. Manuscript. Latitude and longitude indicated; no scale shown. Attributed to Lieutenant Robert Bones, as suggested by Lieutenant Alexander Becher
