1163. Sicilian Customs, Antelope (KX & KY). Mar., May-Jul., Sep. 1842. 19 items.
Two 20 horse power oscillating engines, with 26¾ inch cylinders, 2½ foot strokes.

Cross-section of the boat and engines, longitudinal section of the engine room and boiler, plan of the engine deck beams, plan and sections of the coal boxes, plan of the engines and boiler and sleepers, sections and plan of boiler marked "not adopted" - partially coloured reverse drawings made in the London office; cylinders - partially shaded original drawing (note that the engines have been mis-coded as RX and RY on this drawing, which was also used for engines JN and JO for the Hercules); plan and sections of the boiler, steam and feed pipes - partially coloured original and reverse drawings; plan and section of hot water cistern, side view of condenser, air pumps and condensers, end view of the cylinder plate, plan of the cylinder plates, headstock frame, eccentric and working gear - coloured original drawings; plan of eccentric guides; piston connecting rod - coloured original drawing; air pump connecting rod; press copy sketch of position of cross injection pipe and pipes through the vessel bottom.

For Sicilian Customs. The boat was referred to as "Sicilian No. 4" or "Sicilian Customs No. 2".
