Confirming the appointment of Francis D'Arcy Cooper as a Managing Director and Vice Chairnman of the Company for 10 years from the 1st April 1923. The terms of the agreement were laid down in letters between Leverhulme and Cooper dated 21st December 1923. During the continuance of this Agreement the said Francis D'Arcy Cooper shall devote the whole of his time and attention during business hours to the businees of the Company.
