Recites Lease d/23 Jun 1774 between Tho Miller, of W. Titherly in co Southants, gt, (1), & the sd Jas Amyatt (2), in which is recited the Will d/30 Aug 1738 of Francis Whithed, esq, decd, devising the Whithed Estate to his bro, Dr Rob Thistlethwayte (since decd) for life with remainder to John Walter & John Chute In Trust for sd Dr Rob T. first, & other sons in Tail male with remainders over, with powers to let
Also recites that sd Trustees declined to act, a Receiver being appointed by the High Court of Chancery, the sd Tho Miller, who leased the property for a term of 99 yrs to sd Jas Amyatt who pays £126 by way of fine
Re Mes or tenmt called Syms Bargain & land of 25 acs at Whitheds wd in Millbrooke in co Southants
Also tenmt & bn called Watermans Bargain with land of 22 acs at Whitheds wd
The sd Wil Fitzhugh pays £1,000 for the Assignment
