Property: Messuage, stable or building in Chipping Norton opposite the Blue Lion P.H., formerly held by John Ludlow and now by 3. Recites that by deed dated 11 June 1890 the premises were assured with other premises to the use of John Satchell Hopkins and 1a. in fee simple as trustees. Recites that John Satchell Hopkins d. 11 February 1898. By Appointment dated 9 June 1898 the premises were conveyed to 1a. and 1b. as new trustees.
