Release: Augustine Barker of South Luffenham, co. Rutland, gent., of the first part, Thomasin Tryst, a daughter of Thomas Tryst of Maydford, co. Northampton, esq., of the second part, Sir Thomas Barker of Linden, co. Rutland, bart., and John Tryst of Maydford, son and heir apparent of said Thomas Tryst, of the third part, and Samuel Tryst of the Middle Temple, London, esq., and Andrew Burton of Exton, co. Rutland, gent., of the fourth part: in consideration of a marriage intended between said Augustine Barker and Thomasin Tryst, and sum of £800 paid to Augustine by said Thomas Tryst as marriage portion of said Thomasin for a competent jointure to be had unto Thomasin, Augustine releases to said Samuel Tryst and Andrew Burton his capital messuage in SOUTH LUFFENHAM: to hold to various uses upon trust.
