30 horse power double-acting crank engine, with 28 inch cylinder, 6 foot stroke, parallel motion, cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod.
Also gas lighting apparatus.Reverse plan of the engine house, boilers, gasometer pit and retorts, longitudinal section of the engine house, longitudinal section of the boiler and cross-section of the engine house with plan of gasometer and tar pit foundations on the reverse, section of the gasometer pit, engine house and retorts, cross-section of the boiler house and boilers showing retort (on the reverse is part of drawing IIK, working gear for Messrs. Watson, Aug. 1804); 2 sheets of press copy sketches - 3 alternative layouts of the engine house, boilers, gasometers and retorts, section of the engine house, section of the boilers. The reverse drawings bear letter codes.

For Huddart & Co. "New mill" at their Patent Ropery, Limehouse, London. The gas lighting apparatus was ordered at the same time.
