PARTIES: 1. Mary Jane Youde of Upton Priory, Burford, Oxford, spinster.
SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Between 1834 and 1841 1. as tenant in tail in remainder of certain estates in the parish of Burford charged them with divers annuities none of which are now subsisting and she redites that 2 of the annuities were declared void, the others & then which were still subsisting were the subject of an order of compromise of 19 May 1862 and terms were also arranged between 1. and Sir William Martins under which he was paid his claims in 1863. None of the annuities have been paid since 1862.
