Whereas i) under a decree made 26 June 36 Chas.II [1684] in Chancery upon exceptions taken by i) to a decree made Ampthill 6 November 35 Chas.II [1683] by certain persons thereunto authorised by virtue of a Commission under the Great Seal upon the Statute of Charitable uses, to which exceptions the Churchwardens of Harlington were respondents and a decree in Chancery was upheld by the Lords' Parliament on 23 June last upon the appeal of i), then i) granted to ii) various lands [described below] in trust for the use of the Poor of Harlington, viz:

- all that toft or piece of pasture in Harlington whereon a house did thentofore stand (½a.) lying near the house thentofore of John Coles and then of Robert Fells, and thentofore in occ. of William Sinfield and then of John Dickins

- all that pightle of pasture in Harlington commonly called Church Wicks (1a.) lying before the gate then late of Thomas Fells and then of John Warwick, thentofore also in the tenure of the said William Sinfield and then of the said John Dickinson

- all that Close of pasture in Harlington lying by Long Lane leading from Harlington to the Grange Mill and abutting upon a close called Stockings (1a.), thentofore in tenure of Thomas Fells, then of John Warwick.

- and one piece of arable ... in the Common Fields near Wadlow ford adjoining the Lane leading from the said Wadlow ford (2r.) thentofore in tenure of the said Sir Francis Wingate and then of Joseph Sibley

- one balk commonly called the Church Balk (1a.) in Harlington leading into Kiddle Mead, thentofore in tenure of the said Sir Francis Wingate and then of Joseph Sibley

- Two lands of arable land (2r.) in Harlington behind Frogghall House in (?) Hors field, thentofore in tenure of Samuel Page and then of Henry Pedder

- One land in the same field before Frogghall House a little way beyond the Bridge (½a.), thentofore in tenure of the said Samuel Page and then of the said Henry Pedder

- One land in the middle of the same field (½a.) next to Sharpinhoe Field, abutting on the brook that runs between the said field and a place called the Munt, thentofore in tenure of the said Samuel Page and then of the said Henry Pedder.

- Three lands more there (3r.) lying at the further end of the said field by the brook side thentofore also in tenure of the said Samuel Page and then of the said Henry Pedder

- One land (½a.) at Ford stone and leading upward toward Sundon Holt, thentofore also in tenure of the said Samuel Page and now (sic) of the said Henry Pedder
