Release of a messuage in Longvell als Chiney Longveile with appurtenances and 1 parcel land (la) called the Bow of Damnell, the title to which parcel was lately in dispute between Roger Dike and Elizabeth Underwood (all now Roger Dike) to hold to William Duppa and Charles Dike in trust to use of Thomas Duppa his executors and assigns in the first place from the day after the date of these presents for a term of 500 years subject to mortgage proviso for payment of £100 and interest, after to use of Philip Dike his executors administrators and assigns for term of 99 years or life of Elizabeth Dike, after to use of Francis Dike and heirs of his body, or Roger Dike his heirs and assigns. The term of 99 years is on special trust that Philip shall hold and enjoy the messuage and take rents and pay in the first place to Thomas Duppa the interest on the £100 and the residue to Elizabeth or such person as she shall appoint in writing. He shall not dispose of any of the money to Roger Dike or by his appointment or for his benefit or permit him to intermeddle with the rents or moneys raised. If William Duppa and Charles Dike pay £115 without deductions for tax (£102.10.0. on 12 April 1709 and £2.10.0. on every 12 Oct. and on every 12 April in the mean time) Thomas Duppa, his executors, administrators and assigns shall on request of the trustees reconvey to them their heirs and assigns, but to the uses stated above, all his interest in the residue of the term of 500 years. Roger Dike covenants that until a good title in fee simple shall be executed to the trustees he will stand seized of the property without any limitation to to make void the same, and that he and his wife have authority to convey without encumbrance. He covenants to levy a fine at Westminster this present Easter term to Thomas Duppa, to the uses here expressed, and that he will make further assurance to the same uses. Thomas Duppa covenants with Philip Dike his executors and administrators that they may enjoy the term of 99 years until default is made in payment.
