After Articles of Agreement between (i) John Derwas (ii) John Kynaston of Llwynymapsis, gent., before marriage of (1) and Katherine, sole dter. of (ii). Setting m. where (1) lives in t. Penryn vechan and apps., and £120 marriage portion. Declaration of uses.
Recital of Settlement, 2 August 1632, conveying m. in ts. Sweeney and Llanvorda, co. Salop, in trust to use of self for life, then to sons Edward, Thomas, Roger and Humphrey, in turn. Recited that Humphrey Kynaston is only survivor.
