Between Roger Manwood, serjeant at law, Ralph Scroope, esq. and Roger Corham, gent., plaintiffs, v. Gregory Fynes als. Fenis [10th] Lord Dacre [of the South] (1539-1594; see D.N.B.) and Anne, his w. (d. 1595 ; see D.N.B.), Henry Norreys, kt. (1st Baron Norris of Rycote, 1525 ? - 1601; see D.N.B.) and Margery, his w. and Sampson Lennard, gent. (d. 1633; see D.N.B.) and Margaret, his w., deforciants.
