Parties 1) Austin Webb of Chipping Norton, gent. 2) Bertram Brookbanks of Chipping Norton, bank manager. Property: Newly erected buildings yard and premises in New St., Chipping Norton, now consisting of 3 messuages, shops and warehouses, formerly occupied as one house, and grocer's and draper's shops communicating with the warehouses yard and other convenience. . Recites that under the Law of Property Act 1925 the property became vested in Louie Austin Webb as life tenant. Recites that 1. desires an additional trustee to act for the purposes of the Settled Land Act 1925. Now, in consideration of this, 1. appoints 2. as additional trustee of the settlement.
