Highway and footpath from south end of King Street eastward to gate of Royal Naval Asylum, thence northward to Romney Road between wall of burial ground of Royal Hospital for Seamen and walls of Royal Park, the Naval Asylum and garden of Governor of the Royal Hospital, 285 yards long, 35 to 40 feet wide, to be stopped up as unnecessary.
Order: 24 March 1821, with plan.
Cuttings from Maidstone Gazette and Kentish Courier, 27 March and 3 and 10 April 1821, containing notice of the order.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 1 May 1821.
