1. William Penington, James Penington, Thomas Towers, William Keen, Henry Noalson, William Penington, Christopher Penington, all of the parish of Coulton in Furnas fells in Lancashire, yeoman.
2. John Penington, John Atkinson, John Turner, of the parish of Coulton aforesaid, farmers.
Sum: £40.
Condition: the inhabitants of Bethiker and Nibthwaite in Furnasfells aforesaid indicted (2) at the last General Quarter Sessions at Lancaster for committing some pretended offences on Bethicarmore; (1) now agreed to pay their share of costs arising from the case.
Witnesses: Edmund Hirdson, William Turner, James Scotson.
