Recites: (1) settlement, 10 Dec.1803, upon the marriage of said Mary (then Mary Payne of Chichester, spinster), end said William Youatt, by which the principal sum of £2,125 in the five per cent Annuities and the principal sum of £1,800 in the four per cent Annuities, the property of said Mary, were settled upon (c) as trustees; (ii) that said William Youatt, having occasion to borrow £1,850 upon the security of the above property, has applied to (c) for the loan thereof, and that thereupon (c) have raised the same by sale of a competent part of the trust Annuities
