Abstract of title of William Mansell to land in Mansell Street from 1834.

Conveyance by William Mansell, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. to James Hiam, Stratford-upon-Avon, builder, for £50 of 350 square yards land on south side of Mansell Street with 40 foot frontage thereto, in the occupation of Thomas Pittaway.
24 June 1865
Conveyance by James Hiam, Stratford-upon-Avon, builder, to Sarah Fletcher, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, for £550 of 4 cottages in Mansell Street, newly erected by James Hiam and in the occupations of John Wigston, Charles Winston, James Page and Sarah Fletcher.
Endorsed with memorandum of conveyance to William Edwards formerly of Stratford-upon-Avon, licensed victualler of two messuages in Mansell Street.
