Lease and Release of a messuage in Penyarth late in the possession of John Humphreys called Ty yn y Rofte, with a barn, garden and parcels of land called y roft vechan, y roft Vawr, y moor issa, y moor ucha and one other meadow containing about one acre, (The lease for the term of 6 months with a rent of one peppercorn on the first of May).
