Recitation of the will of Rowland Lacon of 12 July 1755 in which he bequeathed to Apolonia, his wife, 2 messuages, farms in Berkingham and Sutton, Lincs. Certain messuages in Salop, Lincs and Staffs were charged with the payment of the sum of £1000 for his younger sons Walter and Rowland when they reached 21.
He appointed Sir Edward Smythe and Edward Elliot as executors, Edward Elliot was to be the children's guardian during their minority.
Release of the executors in consideration of the surrender of all papers etc. and £31 4s 4d.
