Staff., now of Kenilworth, yeoman, of five messuages in Church Street in the tenures of Mark Noble, William Willows, Elizabeth Hathaway, James Joynes and Samuel Phillips, and a messuage in Ely Street, al. Swine Street, in the tenure of Erasmus Banbury, in trust for a jointure for Hannah Simcox, of Birmingham, only daughter of Samuel and Mary Simcox intended wife of the said Mark Noble, charged with an annuity of £12 to Anne Noble.
