Conveyance by Anne Noble, of Stratford upon Avon, widow, and Mark Noble her son, cordwainer, to John Tonkes, late of Harbourne, co. Staff., now of Kenilworth, yeoman, of five messuages in Church Street in the tenures of Mark Noble, William Willows, Elizabeth Hathaway, James Joynes and Samuel Phillips, and a messuage in Ely Street, al. Swine Street, in the tenure of Erasmus Banbury, in trust for a jointure for Hannah Simcox, of Birmingham, only daughter of Samuel and Mary Simcox intended wife of the said Mark Noble, charged with an annuity of £12 to Anne Noble.
