Folio 108. Letter from R M Cooper, Agent, 4 Westminster Chambers, Victoria Street, SW to the Local Government Board in reply to their letter dated 16 February 1995, enclosing a copy of the Local Board's replies to the gas company's objections to the granting of a provisional order. He notes that a local inquiry is to be held in the matter and requests that he is informed, of its date and place of holding.
Annotated: '1. Acknowledge and from attention (Form), 2. W Harrison to arrange inquiry', 19 February 1885.
Annotated: 'When the notices are issued send a copy to Mr Cooper', 20 February 1885.
Annotated: 'Mr Hall, please issue notices for inquiry to be held at the office of the Local Board East Dereham on Wednesday the 11th March 1885 at 10.15am', 21 February 1885.
