Agenda papers including, amongst other things:

- reorganisation of Air Raid Precautions services in each Area;

- equipment for First Aid Posts;

- communications from Ministry of Home Security regarding: taking of premises for civil defence purposes; sale of Air Raid Precautions steel helmets; financial arrangements for First Aid instruction and training; practice incendiary bombs;

- communications from Ministry of Health regarding:

medical staff at First Aid Posts; Casualty and Government Evacuation Schemes; divided First Aid Posts in Bedford Borough; Emergency Hospital Scheme - St.Peter's Hospital, Bedford; sick bay provision for evacuees at Clophill Rectory; Civil Nursing Reserve; domiciliary medical attendance for air raid casualties;

- communications with Senior Regional Officer regarding: urgent telephone messages; Gas Identification Officers; illuminated lettering for Air Raid Precautions vehicles;
