GRANT and counterpart by Walter Burgeys, of Castre, and Joan his wife, to Robert ate Nonnes of Castre and Margery his wife, of a messuage with croft in the vill of Castre, and two acres and three roods of arable land in the fields of Castre, lying in Ham, Thornis, etc. - in exchange for a messuage with 4 acres and 1½ roods lying in the croft of the same messuage which the said Robert and Margery have granted to the same Walter and Joan.
