Description

of James Andrews of Kingham, yeoman; bequeathes freehold messuage and premises in New St., Chipping Norton, now occupied by daughter, Charlotte Hall, and freehold cottage with garden and appurtenances in Kingham, purchased from William Truby, , and all other estate, if any, to George Fawler Tilsley of Chipping Norton, gent, and John Ward of Chipping Norton, yeoman, on trust for sale, and the proceeds shall be held with his personal estate.
