Description

Indenture between Richard Fleming of Dinmore Herefordshire,gent. and John Fleming of Acton Scott, clerk, youngest son of Richard, in consideration of natural love and affection and for better provision for John Fleming, and of 5s paid by John Fleming, release by Richard Fleming of all impropriation of Edgton and all impropriate tithes, tenths, oblations, etc. and all glebe lands in the parish of Edgton, and houses, lands, etc. pertaining, and reversions, rents and profits, except for a stipend of £30 a year payable out of grant to curate of Edgton and Sibdon.

To have and to hold by John Fleming exonerated and discharged from all sales, jointures, etc. committed by Richard Fleming.

Signed and sealed by Richard Fleming in the presence of Charles Stevenson and Thomas Cooke.
