(1) pp. 1-313, Papers of Robert Kitson, Bombay Civil Service, presented to the India Office by A. A. West, February 1906. (2) pp. 3-11, Notes by Arthur A. West, M.I.C.E., on the three following manuscripts from the Papers of Robert Kitson, who died at Bombay 23rd March 1812, with, pp. 13-20, Short Memoir of Robert Kitson. (3) pp. 24-87, ''Bombay County Cash.'' A Statement of the Cash received and expended in the Sheriff's Office during the year 1780, when Kitson was Sheriff. (4) pp. 90-133, ''Coroner at Bombay.'' A list of Inquests at Bombay from 18th Oct. 1775 to February 1776 and December 1776 to December 1781, with a few later up to March 1783. (5) pp. 137-313, Inquest Findings or Verdicts (Originals) 12th Oct. 1775 to 26th March 1783. To some are attached the Surgeons, certificates.
