Footpath from Mottingham to village of Eltham, from a point 111 yards south of present gate of Service Tree Field, occupied by Robert John Saunders, Esq., through farm yard and farming premises of the same, to the north end of the Moat Bridge in Eltham, 515 yards long, to be diverted, to avoid farm yard, dung heaps and pond of R.J. Saunders and the uninclosed space beside the path where the cattle of the tenant of Court Farm are continually lying and being fed and watered, to new line through another part of Service Tree Field and westward of farm buildings of Court and Moat Farm, westward of Moat Meadow to the present footpath from the north end of Moat Bridge to Burnt Ash Green, 469 yards long.
Order: 16 September 1822, with plan.
Consent of Commissioners of Woods, Forests and land Revenue, same date, with plan.
Cuttings from Kentish Gazette, 20 & 27 September and 4 October 1822, containing notice of the order.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 15 October 1822.
Certificate of completion, 15 January 1823.
