Description

Parties 1) Sarah Wells of New Woodstock, grocer (sic) 2) William Fawdry of Salford, farmer. Recites document CH/CN/I/10 whereby 1. became seised of the premises. Now, in consideration of £200 lent by 1. by 2., 1. demises to 2. for 2000 years: premises as cat.CH/CN/I/8 now held by ... Standbridge, stationer. Proviso for redemption if 1. pay 2. the sum of £200 with £5% interest on 26 February, with power of sale reserved to 2. for non-payment.
