Comprises the following. (Original envelopes have been retained.). [Barotseland: The delineation of Barotseland's western border was submitted in 1903 to an Anglo-Portuguese Boundary Commission. Disagreement between the two countries instigated the appointment of the King of Italy as an Arbitrator. His decision was presented in 1905.]. 2 photocopies of 'Treaty Series. No. 28. 1907. Declaration Between The United Kingdom and Portugal Respecting Boundaries in Central Africa (Barotseland).' 4 pages each. 1903, published by His Majesty's Stationery Office,1907. (DS 305 J(1)). 2 photocopies of 'Africa. No. 5 (1905). Award of His Majesty The King of Italy Respecting The Western Boundary of The Barotse Kingdom.' Original dated 1905. 7 pages each. Published by His Majesty's Stationery Office. (DS 305 J(2)). Bromide (white on black) copy of International Boundary Study No. 30, Northern Rhodesia - Southern Rhodesia Boundary (Washington: Bureau of Intelligence and Research, Department of State, 1964).
