Parties 1) Alfred Adolphus Webb of Chipping Norton, draper and upholsterer. 2) Louie Austin Webb of Chipping Norton, spinster, daughter of 1. 3) Austin Webb of Chipping Norton draper and upholstereer, son of 1. Property: Newly erected buildings yard and premises in New St., Chipping Norton, now consisting of 3 messuages, shops and warehouses, formerly occupied as one house, and grocer's and draper's shops communicating with the warehouses yard and other conveniences, formerly occupied by 1. then by Carl Becker, Thomas Parker and Henry Hunt, now by George Humphries, George Joseph Colston and Sarah Ann Watts; and piece of walled ground at extreme end of the yard, formerly of William Clarke Shrimpton, and purchased by him from William Richardson and his mortgagees. 3. shall hold premises on trust for 2. for life, then on trust for sale and to divide the proceeds between all 2.'s children equally, with remainder to 3. and his heirs. Consideration: the love which 1. has for 2., Notes: 2 conveys to 3. as trustee:
